During my stay at Hotel Abalos, I had the pleasure of experiencing a sensational wine bodega tour curated by the owner. The tour included visits to Baigorri, Marques de Riscal, and the wine museum, exposing me to the best of La Rioja wine country. The rooms were clean and well-decorated, and the bathroom toiletries were of premium quality. The breakfast offered at the hotel was the best I had in all of Spain. Additionally, the private gated parking provided convenience and security. I also enjoyed relaxing in the reading room with a glass of wine from the owner's vineyard. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay in La Rioja.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the nearby vineyards and town square during the holidays. Its modern design and welcoming staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The breakfast options are plentiful and tasty.
Although the hotel is in close proximity to the vineyards, there isn't much else to do in the surrounding area. the rooms are somewhat small and lack adequate space for storing luggage.

Spent Xmas in Rioja area. Loved the cozy feeling the property provided. We enjoyed the breakfasts: freshly made pastries, meats, cheese, eggs, and fruits. the location was also great, near the vineyards and bodegas. You can easily organize wine tastings. they had some great local wines available for purchase!
The location was challenging if you didn't have your own transportation. There wasn't much around outside of the property.

The hotel in this charming village is a true hidden gem. With its central location, we were surrounded by several Good Wine Bodegas, making wine tasting experiences easily accessible. The value for money was excellent, and the attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and the basic amenities provided everything we needed. The rooms were cozy and the beds were extremely comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing at the bar on Friday, taking in the nice view of the valley while sipping on their delicious own wine. And let's not forget the breakfast - the freshest homemade ingredients made our mornings truly lovely.
